Payout Info

Tobet  offers you different payout options, such as withdrawal to bank account or e-wallet account like Moneybookers.

Please note that all withdrawal requests are subject to security checks which may occasionally delay the indicated timescales. In this case you may also be contacted by our customer service department with request to provide additional verification information.

Withdrawal to Bank account

To request a payout from your Tobet account you have to log in with your username and password and access the “Payout” section. Firstly, enter your bank account information to register your bank account with your Tobet account. After registering your account, enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and click „Payout“. Your previous withdrawal information is stored and will automatically reappear.

As a Tobet customer, you are only allowed to make a withdrawal request to your own bank account or Moneybookers account.

Tobet will process your withdrawal request as soon as it is registered. All bank payout requests are usually handled through an ordinary bank transfer and payments are forwarded to banks up to 3 times a day during business hours. It will take up 2-3 banking days to receive your funds.

Please note that we have a minimum amount for requested bank withdrawals, which are:

50 PLN, 6500 HUF, 100 RON, and the equivalents in EUR
60 EUR for all other countries

Please not that additional payouts cost 4 PLN, 300 HUF, 4 RON or 1 EUR. One free payout per 7 days.

Please also note that all international transfer fees are paid jointly.

Please note that there is a limit of 30,000 PLN per transaction.


Withdrawal to Moneybookers account

Please note that you can request a withdrawal to your Moneybookers account providing you have made deposits from your Moneybookers account.

To request a payout from your Moneybookers account you have to log in with your username and password and access the ’’Payout’’ section. Choose ‘’ Moneybookers’’ account, enter your Moneybookers  account information and the amount you would like to withdraw, and click ‘’Payout’’.

Your previous withdrawal information has been stored and will automatically reappear.

One withdrawal per 4 week period is free of charge. Additional withdrawals within this period will be charged with a fee of 2% up to a max fee of 30 USD (Withdrawals of 1500 USD or more will be charged with 30 USD). The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 PLN, 7000 HUF, 100 RON, 30 USD or 25 EUR.
Maximum withdrawal is 10 000 EUR (or equivalent in other currency).

Tobet  processes your Moneybookers withdrawal request during working hours Monday to Friday 9-17. During these times we attempt to process your withdrawal request as fast as possible, however, it may take a few hours before you receive money to your Moneybookers account.

Please note that customers who don't use the money in their accounts or violate our rules will be charged a 4% administrative fee on any withdrawals they make via Moneybookers.


Withdrawal to Neteller account

Please note that you can request a withdrawal to your Neteller account providing you have made deposits from your Moneybookers account.

To request a payout from your Neteller account you have to log in with your username and password and access the ’’Payout’’ section. Choose ‘’Neteller’’ account, enter your Neteller account information and the amount you would like to withdraw, and click ‘’Payout’’.

Your previous withdrawal information has been stored and will automatically reappear.

One withdrawal per 4 week period is free of charge. Additional withdrawals within this period will be charged with a fee of 2% up to a max fee of 30 USD (Withdrawals of 1500 USD or more will be charged with 30 USD). The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 PLN, 7000 HUF, 100 RON, 30 USD or 25 EUR.
Maximum withdrawal is 25000 EUR (or equivalent in other currency).

Tobet  processes your Neteller withdrawal request during working hours Monday to Friday 9-17. During these times we attempt to process your withdrawal request as fast as possible, however, it may take a few hours before you receive money to your Neteller account.

Withdrawal to WebMoney account

Please note that you can request a withdrawal to your WebMoney account providing you have made deposits from your WebMoney account.

To request a payout from your WebMoney account you have to log in with your username and password and access the 'Payout' section. Choose 'WebMoney', enter the amount you would like to withdraw, and click 'Withdraw Amount'.

Your previous withdrawal information has been stored and will automatically reappear.

WebMoney payouts are free of charge.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR, 80 PLN, 80 RON, 5000 HUF.
